Brother ‘AMMAR NAKHSHAWANI’ has done a beautiful job in answering to the controversy created by Dr. Zakir Naik.
‘May Allah be pleased with Brother Ammar Nakhshawani for siding with the JUST (Ahlebait)
Dr. Zakir Naik is no doubt, a world-famed person whom people from across the world
acknowledge as a man of great knowledge of comparative religions of the world. Going by
his authority over the religious facts of almost all present day major religions, he can
be at least expected to have tried to know the facts about the Truth of Ahl-e-bait.
On the contrary he has termed ‘Yazeed-ibne-Maawiya’ as ‘Razi-Allaho Talah Anho’ i.e., May
God be pleased with him and he be pleased with God! As if it was enough, he termed the
martyrdom of Imaam Husain (A.S.) as merely a political battle!
Looking at his knowledge, it seems very strange that how come this great scholar can
overlook the historical facts! Is he really innocent or he is just one of those millions
and trillions of people who have failed to understand the very soul of Islam, which
enjoins everything to make people to be able to differentiate JUSTICE from INJUSTICE!
I leave it to your conscience, depending on your grasp of Islamic Jurisprudence, that
which camp Dr. Zakir Naik, and in effect you belong to!
i.e., “JUST CAMP’ OR “UNJUST CAMP”
Those brothers, who might be hurt by my statements, please be aware that merely talking
good things or doing good deeds or being pious and being a very good Namaazi and
Parhezgar is not all what God wants from us. In fact, ‘Shaitan’ was the biggest namaazi
of that time before being outlawed for being ‘UNJUST’ . It was the injustice done by him
against Hazrat Adam (A.S.) by not bowing before him who deserved being paid allegiance by
all other beings on the orders of GOD The ALMIGHTY! But the point to be noted is that
this was the only mistake (ONLY ONE) that made the pious IBLEES ‘THE SHAITAN’.
Moral of the Story: ONE ACT OF JUSTICE weighs more than billions and trillions of years
of piety, and all other religious acts, like Namaaz, Roza etc., have been enjoined to
make MUSLIMS a ‘JUST’ people who could acknowledge the acts of mercy from
a. GOD for creating them and sustaining them,
b. Parents and elders for taking care when they were weak
c. Rasool Allah (Sallaho Alaihe Wa Alaihi Wa Sallam) for finally establishing Islam on
earth
d. First Imaam ‘Hazrat Ali'(A.S.) for curbing down aggression against Islam in various
wars when its follwers were too few to defend it to make it an everlasting religion.
e. Ahlebait for disseminating the word of God which they received through our RasoolAllah
to pass on to future generations by way of example to make them understand in better way.
(note: think about the SCALE with which RasoolAllah was sent with!)
f. Imaam Husain (A.S.) for teaching us that JEHAD is ONLY TO DEFEND OUR FAITH WHEN IT IS
IN DANGER OF BEING WIPED OUT BY SATANIC FORCES so that we don’t go out and start killing
disbelievers in name of Allah and in return being branded as TERRORISTS!
g. Our Last Imaam ‘Imaam-e-Zamaana’ who is in ghaibat to guide true and believing muslims
unto truth, untill his reappearance or ‘Zuhoor’
h. All other prophets preceding our RasoolAllah for helping to spread the word of God.
i. All other human beings who are kind to us
RETHINK ABOUT YOUR FAITH AND ABOUT THE SIDE YOU TAKE, NOT MERELY IN RELIGIOUS MATTERS,
BUT IN ALL YOUR ISSUES, Because,
‘ALLAH HAS CREATED YOU, AND UNTO HIM YOU HAVE TO RETURN!’

Shia’s are muslims,but they are from the Alil Bidah.
I mean where on earth did they get this 1 from praying 3 times a day and combining the other 2 ?

Dr Mustafa , as a muslim it is our duty to judge any person by Holy Quran. and Right path is the path of prophets(s.a.w) and his progeny.
Yazeed was a open wrong doer, Open sinner. No one want to declare that he follow footsteps of yazeed but all say they follow or respect Husain(a.s).
The Holy Quran says:
Those who do not judge in accordance with what Allah has revealed, are az-zalimoon [5:45]
Zulm signifies putting a thing in wrong perspective; doing what one ought not do and vice versa.
How can a learned person say ‘Yazeed-ibne-Maawiya’(l) as ‘Razi-Allaho Talah Anho’
zakir nair said this and confirmed he is also a Zalim.Because he failed to judge in accordance with what Allah has revealed.
Holy quran also curse zalimeen.

if a person(zakir naik) having great knowledge it does’nt means he is Guardian of islam. if islam spread by knowledge or known by knowledge allaha would send rasool to EGypt,Greece or iraq… Islam means belive in Allaha, rasool & his aleha- baith.

Zakir Naik is put the face of Muslims actually he is not a muslim , He is getting Huge Huge Money From Hindus To Show them as a muslim learn there books try to put muslim peoples in wronge side of Palit Yazid and to hide the actual meaning of Islam. Man he is a Kafir i can say that, He is not a Muslim and True Muslim Can Condemn The Politics Of Yazid Kafir, That he did In Karbala With Ala-Mohammad P.B.U.H. Not a single human being is innocent on this earth other than the Prophets. Even Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him and his family) used to say Istighfar every day.
Today no one will say May Allah be Pleased with Sadaam Hussain. As he was a very cruel man.Fact. Mu’awiya played a very negative role with Hadhrat Ali (May Allah be Pleased with him) though Hadhrat Ali (May Allah be Pleased with him) was on the right path. And I donot know why Zakir gave an example of Hadhrat Ayesha (Peace be upon her) that she also fought against Hadhrat Ali. History says that she wept later too much over what she did. Her Istighfar and sadaqaat would surely be granted By Allah Subhana wa Ta’ala as she did it with sincerity.Several Ahadith-e-Nabwi (Peace be upon him) (prophecies) support Hadhrat Ali when Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was alive.
Now did Mu’awiya repent for what he did as Hadhrat Ayesha (Peace be upon her) did? Or POLITICS AND POWER were too attractive or dearer to him ?
Lets come to Yazeed. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) loved his grandsons very very much and said a number of things which would occur to the young princes in their future which shows their being innocent and on the right path. It is not impossible for a prophet to know something in advance that is revealed to him by Almighty Allah Himself. To Yazeed as well, politics and power were dearer to him than the life of an innocent human being and that too of a grandson of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). What I know from the history books is that Imam Hussain (Peace be upon him) had absolutely no intentions of power and politics. He was a no threat. Would he bring his family (women and kids) on the war front? Having said that some people may say that he went to fight a political war. My question is Tell me isnot it instructed by our Allah and Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) to raise your voice, pen, sword against a cruel Hakim, ruler or atleast condemn it in your heart, which is the lowest level of Imaan. Did Hadhrat Hussain (Peace be upon him) do something wrong? Did not he want peace and prosperity for the Muslims and Islam?
Only a Prophet is saved by Allah from all crimes and sins. Mu’awiya and his son were not prophets that we are so scared to say that Yes they were wrong and cruel. And on whose authority was Yazeed chosen for Imamat? Was he as pious as Hadhrat Hussain (May Allah be Pleased with him) and May Allah Give him the highest level of Paradise for the sacrifices that he and his family did for the Muslims and yes for us the muslims who now say Yazeed May Allah be Pleased with him. God Forbid.
We sunnis and other sects of Islam except Shiahs, donot even know who were the Aaemas that the Shiaas reverve. Its a shame on all of us. They were the very very noble, pious and God-Fearing grand grand sons of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him and his entire family) who were oppressed, imprisoned, isolated, poisoned and martyred by the very caliphs of Ummaya and Abbasis.We never talk about the caliphat of Hadhrat Ali (May Allah be Pleased with him). Hadhrat Muhammad (PBUH) ahadith about the 12 leaders from the ahl-e-bait-e-Rasool (pbuh) is even agreed bu all Islamic scholars but still they make unbelievable statements about them. Where as Imam Mahdi’s (alaihis Salaam) being from the Ahle bait e Rasool clearly shows that all of them had to be from the family of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). We always prefer to close the topic and our eyes rather than discussing it. I donot suggest extremacy in anything but at leaset Accept what is right and what isn’t.
And it should be remembered there is a HUGE DIFFERENCE between what Hadhrat Ayesha (May Allah be Pleased with her) did out of Ignorance over which she repented to Allah with whole heart and what Mu’awiya and Specially Yazeed did. History tells about their lust for politics and power. And if Muawiya was one of the copyists of the Holy Quran then it doesn’t mean that he can never be wrong.He was not even among the ash’ra mubashireen.
Lets show respect to out Prophet and his family (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon all of them). His family to which we didn’t do good. That’s true. Turning away from the facts, never make things better. We other sects apart from Shias have so deep rooted beliefs that are pasted on our minds that we donot even listen to them. Imam Ghazali and other 4 scholars may surely have done good works but it doesnot mean that we give importance to everything that they say over the Holy Book and Ahadith-e-Nabawi (Peace be upon him and his family).
And last but not the least, Zakir’s statement has not created disturbance among a particular sect i.e;Shia. Not at all. Majority of the Muslims rather than a particular minor group like to which Zakir belongs, believes it with heart and mind that Yazeed was a cruel ruler and under his orders this massacre took place or that black day. And he did nothing to compansate his crime, if he were innocent. It is Zakir’s opinion and he shouldnot and cannot impose it on the majority of the Muslims.
I was raised as Sunni. But after learning how much all of us are in dirt, how much are we in discrimination against the ahle-bait-e rasool (Peace be upon all of them) right after the death of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him), reminds me of the Prophet’s Hadith that all sects will go to the hell and one will enter the Paradise. May Allah purify all of us from the self-made extreme views about our Deen and may Guide us to the Deen which was followed by our prophets (Peace be upon all of them). Aameen.

We are muslims. We should respect our Prophet and his family (Peace be upon them). If anybody is having a solid and clear cut proof from Qur’an and/ or Saheeh hadith about Yazeed’s (lain) place in hell, then I will be very very happy and thankful.

Moinullah Khan, I do not understand your and the mentality of all your clan who are supporting zakir naik and Yazeed in comparison with the family of Prophet, if you show me any Aya of Quran and Hadith in favour of any such person who is supporting the idealogy of Zakir naik I will also support him. The last but not the least that may Allah put persons like you with the fate of Yazeed and Zakir Naik in Akhirat. Ameen

OK hussain ill solve the problem the only issue is that zaki naik says yazid is not culprit any other problem u have with him no only this VVV good. there fore zakir naik gets 99/100 as his answer regarding yazid was wrong, rest what he says is right therefore he gets marks 99/100. on the day of judgement this kind of perfomance is quite high to enterr jannah. and thats the main goal…..kuch nahi mila to yazid ka issue khada kardiye as if in my grave yard the angle will 1st ask me who killed hassan/hussain R.A. forget abt the 1st ques even the last question will not be this who killed yazid, even on the day of judgemnt as i told b4 i wont be asked ……..yar come out of yr sense pls

My simple question is will ibe asked on the day of judgement who was yazid, were i agianst him or not. to me its a part of islamic history, if is is good let him go to paradise if bad let him go to hell, simple as that for him why should we have difference in us, arent we foolish. iam hunderd percent sure i wont be questioned on the day of judgement regarding yazid.

It is duty of every muslim to raise voice against all the open liers, open sinners to save others from misguidence.
You are right no one will ask you who was yazeed but Allah will ask you why you was sitting silent after seeing followers of yazeed spreading lies against an Honest Leader of islam.

“Whoever amongst you sees an evil should change it with his hand. If he is unable to do that then with his tongue. If he is unable to do that, then with his heart, and that is the weakest level of Iman.” [Muslim] So if a person does not even feel bad about an evil, he has no faith whatsoever.

yes even i want to live like ali and die like hussain (r.a.) iam sure there have never hurt anybody by their action intentionally r we like them, they have not said in thier life so and so is a kafir, so are we living like them we are actullay hypocrates and nothing else, we can eaisly say islam is against jealously, but see how much jealousy is there in our selves and i can gv u 100 of such eg. dont just say live like ali, strive to live like him and die like hussain, when USA was bombarding karbala where were youll (dont get me in wrong sense pls pls pls) we could have easily died like Husaain r.a. but we remained in or cozy home right there we are nothing but most of us are HYPOCARATE

May Allah (swt) raise Zakir Naik with Yazid (la) on ,the day of Judgement and may he go where Yazid goes if he favours Yazid (la) and if he is really sorry and pasheman for what he uttered then he must from the depth of heart curse & send lanat on killers of Hazrat Imam Husain (as) and get happiness of his grandfather Rasool Allah (saw)and satisfaction of Allah (swt) and if Zakir Naik gets himself attached to love of Imam Husain (as) he will be more refined in his oratory speech as Imam Husain (as) not only bestows to human beings but also Angels like Fitrus are benefitted if they get themselves attached to house of Ahlebait (as).

I think Zakir Naik should take lesson from Hurr who was initially in camp of Yazid and when he found himself between Hell and Heaven , he thought whole night & finally he took the best decision to safeguard his akherat & he submitted himself with tieds hands in qadam of Imam Husain(as) and not only Imam Husain (as) forgave him, he embraced him & gave him congratulation of his mother having kept his name Hur.(ie Azaad)
Sameway Zakir Naik can become Zakire Husain (as) if he inculcates in his heart love of Imam Husain (as) & hate for Yazid (la) as according to Khaja Moinuddin Chisti Sher :
Shah asat HUSAIN ……………………………………….
Haqqa ke Bina e Laa Ilaha Illah Ast HUSAIN.
Hope Zakir Naik will give a thought over it and join camp of Imam Husain (as) and safeguard his Akherat.
As RasoolAllah (saw) said:
Al Hasan wal Husain Sayyada shababe Ahlil Jannah.
Hasan and Husain are the chief of youth of Paradise.

In Islam,Salat is of utmost importance & for performing Namaz, wuzu is a condition without which Namaz cannot be performed.But in case water is there for wuzu & we find an animal in such a thirsty condition that if not given water, it will die.Now here Islam gives importance to save a life of an animal first who will die if not given water. When so much importance is given in Islam to save life of a thirsty animal if it dies of thirst, how shaqi were those Muslims who pretended to follow Islam denied water to grandson of prophet Mohammad (saw) who brought the religion of Islam,and denied even few drops of water to 6 months baby Ali Asghar and instead pierced his neck with arrow.
Yazid (la) had in his armies old Sahabis who had seen Imam Husain (as) in lap of Rasool Allah (saw) in his chidhood kissing him and loving him in Masjid.
There were also in armies of Yazid Hafize Qoran with big spots of namaz on their forehead , but were desperate to kill Imam Husain (as) that they were saying among themselves to kill Imam Husain (as) fast as time of Namaz is approaching. And they killed and severed moqaddas head of Imam Husain (as) from body in such a way as sheep is slaughtered , without giving a drop of water and without showing any mercy .This was Ajre Risalat given to Rasool Allah by his ummat within a span of 50 yrs after Holy Prophet (saw) left this world.
Not even satisfied with this Yazid (la) made Masjide Nabavi’s behurmati by making it stable & tied Horses of his armies for 3 days and all rubbish of horses defaced & spoilt the masjid.
Even worst of all and shame that Yazid (la) made womens of Madina halal for his armies, what a catastrophy.
He also did not left Masjidul Haram safe in Mecca.
Yazid (la) & his armies destroyed Khanae Kaaba by throwing stones & fire and its roof was brought down & wall of Rukn Yamani was shaheed & damaged.
After committing such a heinous crime which muslim would favour Yazid (la).
Yazid killed not only Imam Husain (as) and his family , attacked House of Allah (swt) , plundered Medina & Masjide Nabavi & still Zakir Naik is favouring & defending Yazid (la) & no remorse or guilty or ehsaase nidamat. never Never did he reverted back to audience that he is sorry for his utterance & no apology for his statement of favouring Yazeed Khabees (la).
Zakir Naik seems to have memorized many Ayaats of Qoran with reference of verses & chapters in the same way as we find Hafize Qoran in army of Yazid camp.
(QORAN lagta hai sirf halq mein phansa hai, dil mein nahin utra hai) .
And his biggest Jehalat after favouring Yazid (la) is expecting JANNAT .
To enter Jannat, he has to love Rizvanul Jannat, , the chief of the youth of paradise, HAZRAT IMAM HUSAIN (AS).
Zakir Naik should clean the spot of his Badnaami of favouring Yazid (la) , by propogating right interpretation of Shahadat & sacrifice of Imam Husain (as) and highlight his mazloomi of not giving Bait to worst enemy of Islam but prefering shahdat to safeguard Islam upto Qiyamat to his Muslim audience and condemn, curse & propogate hatred of Zaalim & fasikh Yazid (la)
Let Zakir Naik clarify to world openly as he propagates to masses that he is not from that Jaahil & worst Yazidi Muslim category who killed grandson of RasoolAllah Imam Husain (as), but he really has love of Imam Husain (as) and safeguard atleast his duniya & akherat and prove his real identity, by removing the veil from his face, before it is too late otherwise Allah (swt) will himself humiliate & expose the darkened face of Yazidi Muslims in very near future

how can you talk ill about a man who has devoted his life to islam, first have agood loook at yourself and ask yourself the question how many people have you reverted into islam, None exactly. And hadrat Aisha i cant belive people can condem such a pious woman allah talla chose her for his beloved prophet condeming her is like saying allah made a mistake in chosing the perfect wife for such a perfect human so i suggest people out there should first have a good think about what they are saying and then write such vile statements.

On 28.07.09 at 7.15 pm Javed has solved the problem created by zakir naik and gave him 99 out of 100.
As per Javed:
Zakir Naik did the only mistake (Says yazeed is not culprit, rest what he says is right therefore he gets marks 99/100. on the day of judgement this kind of perfomance is quite high to enter jannah. )
As per me & all momin muslims:
Iblees (Layeen) also did the only mistake, he(la) did not do the sajdah when he was asked by The GOD (ALL MIGHTY) for Adam(A.S), rest what he (l a) said & did was right therefore he also got marks 99/100. on the day of judgement this kind of perfomance is quite high to enter jannah.
Conclusion
zakir naik = 99/100, Iblees(layeen) =99/100
zakir naik =iblees (layeen)
Both will be in same jannah

the thing is we still dont follw the right path waht is right for us and what is wrong for us right now we are doing fight for that puprpose or that contrversy that still not be sure from the history of islam. i thing you guys knew about the library of Baghdad that is burrned by non islam follower where was exact and precious formulas of Islam those are collected by the actual SAHAABAAS (May Allah be Please with them). after this chaos authoring of islamic history are done by those students of islam whom are newly studyed. As per current history many of the place are distorted thats why we cant say what Zakir Naik tell us about YAZID right or wrong. i think you guys not fighting for that, beacuse of Zakir Naik said in his speech about YAZID is “Raazi allah Talla Unho” this quote for Yazid not for directly appose to Yazid because indirectly link with Yazid because Yazid belonging family belongs with it from his family after Islam finally Reveald .at last im also said plzz guys only believe in Sahii Hadith and Quran because at the time of Current Scenarion Haditha nd Quran is only in Final and solid . I hope you guys clear your image about islam and History (that change day by day).

the problem with zakir naik is that whatever he & his team is researching or findings is only correct he thinks exactly so. its a result of narrow mind . AS EVERYONE KNOWS HE IS A VERY NEW STUDENT IN THIS FIELD , THEN HOW CAN HE UTTER SUCH A BIG HISTORICAL ERROR ?? HE THINKS ONLY HIS THINKING IS CORRECT SO HE TRIES TO IGNORE OTHERS. HE HAS NOT GONE THROUGH THE EVERYASPECT OF ISLAMIC HISTORY AS WELL AS PRE ISLAMIC HISTORY. SO WHATS THE PROBLEM ?? i have spended my 25 years of my life in reading isalimic history as a whole, i belong to a sunni & hanafi family. i believe i have done master in this subject.
i have gone through each & every scholars book of islamic history ,belonging to every sect & different views , i dedicated my whole life in this interesting field right from the begining. so I HAVE REACHED A CONCLUSION THAT 85% TO 90% OF ISLAMIC SCHOLAR , MUSLIM THINKER ,THEOLOGIANS , HISTORIANS, & GREAT MUSLIM SUFI SAINTS WHO SPREAD THE ISLAM [ MAY ALLAH BE PLEASE WITH THEM ] ARE IN THE VIEW THAT THE BATTLE OF KARBALA WAS A TOTAL & PURE JIHAD , A FIGHT BETWEEN HAQ & BATIL. HAZRAT IMAAM HUSSAIN WAS IN SIDE OF HAQ & TRUTH & YAZID IN BATIL,,,, WHAT ZAKIR NAIK FAILED UNDERSTAND. OUR PROPHET [ P.B.U.H.] SAID STICK TO IJMA MEANS MAJORITY. OUR GREAT SCHOLAR HAS PROOVED THAT YAZID HIMSELF GAVE THE ORDER TO KILL IMAM HUSSAIN. & AT LAST HE WAS VERY PROUD TO DO THAT . THERE ARE YAZID & HIS FRIENDS IN EVERY CENTURY SO WE HAVE RECOGNIZED YAZID OF THIS THIS AGE. IT has been prooved that yazid was not a good muslim ,the whole arabia knew his bad deeds but they mum, out of fear to be be headed. alcohol & dance was his dailey routine he never use to offer namaaz , he was invole in many other filthy activities . which are perent in historical books , do u think this man worth the place AL AMEER UL MOMINEEN.????? Assalaamu alaykum all brothers and sisters in Islam.What I see is that without knowledge, people utter things which if they knew the consequences would surely repent either in this world or the next world.These historic facts have caused lots of damages to the real face of Islam which we donot know because we are not taught these historic facts in our studies. Which simply make us say o these are shias beliefs and we have nothing to do with them. Stop’ it has affected all of us.These things have started after the death of the Prophet (My Allah be Pleased with him and his progeny). I respect all sahabas but I revere the Ahle baite Rasool (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon all of them) more than everyone as we have instructed by Allah and the Prophet to respect and love them and to attach with them in order to keep our faith on the right path. It’s very important to read the history. In the matter of Hadhrat Ali alaihissalaam he said:”Two kinds of people will be damned on my account .Those who form exaggerated opinion about me and those who under-estimate me because they hate me.” We, all sects need to ammend our ways if we claim to be the lovers of the Holy Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him and his Progeny). I am putting few books and websites which I request all Muslims from all sects should and must read for the understanding of what happened in the past. Imam Hussain alaihissalaam sacrificed his life so that this martydom will become an example for the Ummah to speak and to stand against the evil. He could have been complacent but he chose not to be. He didnot have any political desires or ambitions, for their positions are celeberated with Allah alone. We even donot know our respected Imams and their life stories.

As far as Zakir is concerned he is also among the muslims who are driven by their nafs and then ego to undermine the Ahlul baite Rasooulullah (sallallau alaihi wa aalehi wassalam). I can’t say about the first 3 caliphs for Allah Knows the best and yet all of us including them are accountable on the day of Judgement. But from a single point of view I love and respect the Ahlulbait. And Zakir though he is excellent in comparative religions he should adhere to that and the fields that are unknown to him, should refrain from giving wrong ideas and fatwas which have nothing to do with Islam.

Indeed only Allah Knows the intentions and He alone Rewards, Forgives and Punishes. But on the accounts of historic facts, one cannot and shouldnot compare and equalize the state of Hadhrat Ayesha (may Allah be Pleased with her) with yazeed. Hadhrat Ayesha was misguided as like every human being is vulnerable to, she could also commit wrong thing though she was among the righteous wives of the Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him and his progeny). But she was immensely guilty after realising the truth, wept alot and asked for forgiveness. Her whole life is spent in giving charity, spreading knowledge and worshipping Allah. She spent a very humble life which by no means one can compare with the luxurious and vain lives spent by Muawiyah and his son yazeed. No shia no sunni, no one should extend to the way that we bring her to the status of an evil man like yazeed. So please what you say, first read and read as many authors as you can, then ponder and make guess. Hahra Ayesha was not an evil woman. Yazeed’s life style is a no secret to anyone. What he did, was his malicious desire for the power which started from his father and went through out in the Ummayads and then the Abbasyds.
What Hadhrat Ayesha did, though it was absolutely wrong but after the knowledge and knowng the game played by Muawiya she repented alot and please let her soul be in peace now. We should focus on the main criminals who never repented yet they celeberated on the martyrdoms of innocent Ahlul bait e Nabawi (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon all of them).

Surah 85 Al Buruj,
Bismillahir rahmaanniraheem
“…9. Him to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allah is Witness to all things.
10. Those who persecute (or draw into temptation) the Believers, men and women, and do not turn in repentance, will have the Penalty of Hell: They will have the Penalty of the Burning Fire.
11. For those who believe and do righteous deeds, will be Gardens; beneath which rivers flow: That is the great Salvation, (the fulfilment of all desires),
12. Truly strong is the Grip (and Power) of thy Lord.
13. It is He Who creates from the very beginning, and He can restore (life).
14. And He is the Oft-Forgiving, Full of Loving-Kindness,
15. Lord of the Throne of Glory,… ”
Indeed Allah has Spoken the Truth.
I am absolutely not a scholar but I have full faith in the generosity and forgiveness by Allah if some one repents sincerely for the wrong commiteed by him/her. So we are nobody to criticise people who are closer to Allah and yet they are oft turning towards Him. But yes the Zalimun are those who never repent and yet insists. No matter what age they belong to in the world.

assalamoalaikum everybody.
the only authority we have now is the holy Quran and sahih hadith. i think we should not talk or debate on the history. if dr. zakir has said anything wrong that could have been ignorance. but as far as i hear him, he is working for islam. may be he can be wrong but intentionally not. we know that shaitan instigates us to sin. may be he has instigated dr. naik to sin.
if we get involved in the debate we waste our time in things which is not included in the 5 farzs. history is significant as long as it brings peace. otherwise there is nothing in history. some people argue with me saying as we must learn history in order to achieve something. history is something which the people of ancient days have used. but my dear situation may have been changed. it is not always necessary that history should have the same impact as it had in prehistoric days.
the wrong starts to happen when we begin to talk about our respective leaders. for examples, if hindus say our lord rama killed the demon king ravan. but my dear how can you claim he was your not mine or somebody elses’ .
that is why we should let go of what has happened and forgive what dr. zakir has spoken. may allah guide him in the best way. yes indeed we should ask him not to make further controversies. saying on one hand he is trying to develop friendship among other religions on the other he should not make controversies in his own sect.
talking about yazeed is not important. the important thing is to follow what the holy quran says and what the prophet mohammad peace be upon him has said.
