firka is the sects created by muslim itself which is not right and has no place in islam for ref read ch 3 v 103 which says hold to the rope of allah tightly and be not divided amongst yourselves u should always follow quran and sahih hadid of our beloved prophet and rest is to be neglected

my friend recently got married and he came to know his wife is having an physical affair with another person which he witnessed so after this IS HIS WIFE HALAL on him or should he have to redo his nikha ? please advice ?
he forgave his wife and they are both together but he is courious to know if his wife is still halal on him ?

the question about a person’s wife who was in physical relationship with another, is the wife halal for him if forgave her and can they live together? the answer is yes there is no changes in there marrital status and they dont require to redo their nikah and this woman is permanently haraam for the person who had a sexual intercourse with her.
